To guarantee the most accurate possible representation of the system and to be able to determine robust results, the boundary conditions and understanding of the system will be developed together with the customer.

In doing so, we support and advise the customer to obtain the necessary inputs for the system structure and to achieve the level of detail of the model for the respective task.

In the case of unknown influences, we support you with our expertise or use acquired empirical values.

Design of the individual system including all necessary machine elements based on: concepts, sketches, drawings and CAD data, etc.

Validation of the boundary conditions and system functionality in cooperation with the customer.

Carrying out all necessary calculations to achieve the target question, e.g.: service life, strength, load safety, friction, temperature and lubricant behavior, shaft bending, etc.

The depth and scope of the analysis can be customized: The analysis of the complete drive train, single shaft systems or individual bearings is possible.

This also applies to the phase of development or the technical focus a calculation is necessary for: new design, system recalculation, optimization, fit design, frictional torque analysis and preload analysis.

Once the calculation has been successfully completed, results for all components and all levels of detail can be provided, from the gearbox system to the individual raceway contact.

Our service provides a customer and requirements-oriented analysis of the findings. Depending on the outcome, we provide further recommendation for optimization of the investigated system.
